The SkilSure® QCF/NVQ e-portfolio solution has been rigorously evaluated by City & Guilds and has been endorsed by them. It is compatible with their QCF/NVQ process and quality requirements.
The SkilSure® has been evaluated against Edexcel’s standards and has been found to meet them. SkilSure® is an Edexcel approved e-portfolio.
As candidates complete the units outlined in their Plans, an e-portfolio of evidence is accumulated which provides documentary evidence of the candidate's achievements as they work toward completing their QCF/NVQ. But, SkilSure® is much more than a simple e-portfolio system: it is a complete solution for facilitating and managing QCF/NVQs.
Since e-portfolios can be accessed by assessors and verifiers from remote locations, the assessment process is expedited. The integrity of the assessment process and the relationship with the candidate is maintained while using the assessors' and verifiers' time more efficiently.
SkilSure®'s QCF/NVQ is so flexible that relevant evidence from a candidate's portfolio, initially accepted in support of one unit of qualification, can be used again in support of other relevant units. This makes for a shorter, more efficient development path for candidates.
