The SkilSure® QCF/NVQ e-portfolio solution has been rigorously evaluated by City & Guilds and has been endorsed by them. It is compatible with their QCF/NVQ process and quality requirements.

The SkilSure® has been evaluated against Edexcel’s standards and has been found to meet them. SkilSure® is an Edexcel approved e-portfolio.

QCF

The SkilSure e-portfolio has been enhanced to be more QCF compatible. SkilSure has developed functionality that allows the automatic calculation of credit values as units of QCF qualifications are assigned to candidates. Now when SkilSure adds QCF qualifications the rules of combination and credit values for each specific qualification are incorporated with the data elements and the automated credit calculator functionality is enabled.

This functionality will be of particular interest to Colleges and Training providers who plan to run QCF qualifications in 2010 in preparation for all accredited vocational qualifications moving to QCF in January 2011.
